Ce BTS met l\u2019accent sur la <strong>communication<\/strong>, la <strong>n\u00e9gociation<\/strong> et l\u2019<strong>utilisation des outils num\u00e9riques<\/strong> dans le monde professionnel. L\u2019objectif est d\u2019apprendre \u00e0 <strong>prospecter de nouveaux clients<\/strong>, \u00e0 <strong>conseiller<\/strong>, <strong>fid\u00e9liser<\/strong> et <strong>accompagner<\/strong> les clients existants, aussi bien en face \u00e0 face qu\u2019\u00e0 distance.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les \u00e9tudiants d\u00e9veloppent des comp\u00e9tences en <strong>vente<\/strong>, en <strong>marketing digital<\/strong>, en <strong>gestion de la relation client<\/strong> et en <strong>travail en \u00e9quipe<\/strong>. Ils apprennent \u00e9galement \u00e0 utiliser les <strong>r\u00e9seaux sociaux<\/strong>, les <strong>sites e-commerce<\/strong> et les <strong>logiciels de gestion commerciale<\/strong> pour am\u00e9liorer les performances de l\u2019entreprise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La formation alterne entre <strong>cours th\u00e9oriques<\/strong> (\u00e9conomie, droit, management, communication) et <strong>stages en entreprise<\/strong>, permettant de mettre en pratique les connaissances acquises.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le BTS NDRC pr\u00e9pare \u00e0 plusieurs m\u00e9tiers comme <strong>commercial<\/strong>, <strong>conseiller client\u00e8le<\/strong>, <strong>charg\u00e9 de relation client<\/strong> ou encore <strong>responsable e-commerce<\/strong>.
